Enchanting system revision
With Jeb that is going to change the combat system, the Enchanting system should be changed as well, since both system are strictly tied together. The combat changes adopted by Jeb, become totally irrelevant when it comes to high tier enchanted gear, because we can put on an armor tons of enchantments, and where it comes to PvP, with full Netherite enchanted gear, the duel seems to never end.
I have some ideas to how change the Enchanting system and why
A full Protection gear gives 64% more damage reduction against everything; this should be changed to 20% at least. This, because of the Protection's strenght, the other 3 Protection enchantments are totally worthless. There is no difference between swimming in lava with a Prot 4 gear or a Fire Prot 4 at all.
Another thing that should happen is that we have a limit o the number of enchantments that we can put on our gear. This is already done in Minecraft Dungeons, and it makes every games type unique. This should be done because there is no variety between high tier armors: always the same stuff. The number should be the highest on Gold gear, and the lowest on Diamond and Netherite. This will make people have strategies during PvP and PvE, because they aren't immune to everything.
More Enchanting-like systems
Thereshould be more mechanics that grant us buffs, with their own limits. By doing this, the gamestyle can be customised even more.
