Make the game have a universal platform

Make Minecraft have the best features from Java and bedrock and turn it into a universal platform. That way there won't be any parity issues and players have the same experience. Also you won't have to work on developing two different platforms.

    this doesnt work. the reason bedrock and java edition players cant play with each other is because the games are slightly different. this would just add a new edition to minecraft and just get 3 versions to work on at once
