Shadow dweller (enchantment for helmet)

Shadow dweller could be a new very rare enchantment for helmets. When you wear a helmet enchanted with Shadow dweller, whenever the light level goes below 4 you will be faster, stronger and you will take less damage. Although, as soon as the light level reaches 4 or higher, the effects will disappear (keep in mind the enchantment will not work in the Nether or End.) To make this enchantment harder to obtain, the shadow dweller enchantment does not appear in enchanting tables and is instead only found as an enchanted book within woodland mansions very rarely. I think this enchantment would be great for cave exploration where it is pitch black and if you don't have any light sources, you can expect to be overrun with hostile mobs.

  I like this idea, but maybe instead of the books spawning in woodland mansions, it instead could be found in a new structure in the deep dark. Maybe something book-related but ominous, sort of like the Library of Wan Shi Tong from Avatar: The Last Airbender appearence-wise.
