Most regular noises don't count as "vibrations" to a warden or skulk sensor, but something extra loud like a goat horn makes sense as being a vibration. I've seen people suggest that it should stun the warden, but I think that instead of stunning the warden, it could confuse it. In its confused state of hearing this vibration from all directions (as it bounces off the walls in every which way), it temporarily wouldn't be able to detect any vibrations, but it would run around and attack in every direction, meaning that you don't need to worry about it detecting you, but you still can't get too close, which is a bit more balanced than completely stunning it.
