    Glades are also famously small pockets of unique wildlife. Besides these glades filled with clovers, other kinds of glades could be a thing. One filled with flowers, another with moss...

    Also maybe, the trees surrounding the glade could be variants of Dark Oak trees that are big enough to house doorways into some kind of village below. Maybe the creatures living in this village below could worship Emeralds in a similar way to how Piglins worship Gold. Although I'm thinking something along the lines of a dwarf-like passive species (maybe something like underground Ewoks?) and not fully fledged enemies like Piglins.

    Very good idea, I was going to suggest a clover biome.  Good idea about the luck potion/clover thing.  I've always wanted the luck effect in survival. Also maybe very small amounts of clover would spawn in the new meadow biomes that are in the 1.18 experimental snapshots.

    Utilising the luck effect is a great idea, but I would instead let them expand and get rid of the emeralds idea, since they are meant to be exclusive to mountains.
    Also, I would like make it so that only the rare, 4-leaved clovers could have the potion use, and the rest be decorational and useful to breed horses, since that's what real life clover is used for.
