Java parity: villagers link to the closest workstation

On java, villagers link to the nearest workstation, but on bedrock, they link to a random workstation, which makes it difficult to give a specific villager a workstation when there are many in the area.

    I agree, whenever I'm making a village adventure map, or just any map in general, the villager I want to be a librarian--connects to a workstation 25 blocks away. This would be a very helpful parity fix!

    And villager links random beds too
