New Illager type: The Marauder

This new illager is only in desert biomes. I'd imagine they would wear something similar to the Wandering Trader and Desert Villagers outfits. They spawn around a new structure that I don't have a name for yet but its basically the Great Sphinx of Giza but a Ravager. The Marauder's unique ability would be spam placing cactus around you and sand in the air to crush you.
