A way to counter "TheAltening"

We need a way for everyone who Play on a public server to block this cursed website 

"The Altening" this website can do a good amount of hacked account and we have no way to block them i'm not a expert in code developpement but we need a way to block this many accounts. Server can get easily raided by these hacked accounts please mojang make a ban system for these account server owners like me can't ban each account
