Add Translucency Levels in Second Layer in Skins [Bedrock]

Cool translucent skins exist on some third party websites however they arent compatible on bedrock unlike java then yes you can use this types of skin. Java has this type of feature where bedrock doesnt have. Using a translucent skin will appear bold or solid color on bedrock edition. It would be better if Translucency in Bedrock exist It would have an impact for skin creators out there especially on bedrock edition. Instead of bold color, why not cool translucent colors in bedrock edition. Note: its far more different than bedrock's invisible skins on first layers, this suggestion does NOT grant invis skins instead, a little bit of transparency (translucency) on second layers that players able to see!
