Shield Enchant concept: Rally

Rally works like Depth Strider or Soul Speed, it makes you walk/run faster while blocking. The higher levels could make you run even faster, so it's quicker than standard walking and running speed.

    Speed potions already kind of cover this. Also, I think this would be too overpowered. Being able to gain distance from an opponent while blocking seems really scuffed to me.

    That actually might be pretty cool! It could be like a shield charge-bash attack. As a counterbalance, though, maybe it should affect your turning speed while blocking, so an opponent could sidestep you if you're not careful.
