Adding a webserver to the server software

Hello, So i had this idea of possibly adding a webserver to the server software,it basically would be a webserver on the local network that shows the console but on a webpage for example 10.10.1.12:1234 and that same IP would be used to join the world this problably can be done with JavaScript or Ruby on Rails I think this feature would be usefull for something like having the server machine in a different room and easily having acess to the console from a gaming pc also being able to start the server software from the launcher would be helpful

    This is a good idea, but I think I would say "adding a web interface" to the server software. Ideally it would be bound to 443 (https). They would likely write it in Java since I assume they'd want to stick to Java for this edition. This would allow server admins to run the server without remote desktop etc. I believe there are 3rd party plugins for this, but nothing in vanilla MC.

    i mean you can use software such as Multicraft or Pterodactyl for this.
