Nether quartz alchemy (renewable quartz)

There are two methods, a way in the Nether and a way in the Overworld:

1: Placing water on netherrack/s in the Nether will delete the water (obviously) but also turn the netherrack/s around it into a nether quartz ore which “deletes” the netherrack, eventually slowly eating off the nether in the process if mining in the same place for a long time.

2: Netherrack must touch both water and lava, it won’t delete the water or lava but will “delete” the netherrack turning it into quartz. You might need to supply yourself and placing netherrack.

Although you might be better off trading with piglings, this is just another way, whether you like it or not, it depends on your decision.
