Split the light part of locations into light, sky_light, and block_light.
As of now, locations, (as used in the predicate conditions entity_properties and location_check, and the advancement triggers hero_of_the_village, item_used_on_block, location, nether_travel, placed_block, slept_in_bed, and voluntary_exile) when detecting light levels with the light tag, only check the overall light of the block and are not able to get the sky or block light separately (as in the F3 menu). This makes it very difficult for data pack creators to detect things like burning in daylight or other such things. I would suggest adding 2 new tags: sky_light and block_light to locations, that detect the specific forms of light separately.
