(Bedrock parity)Strays and Skeletons spawning

In BE the main monsters that spawn in snowy biomes are strays and (rarely) skeletons. Other monsters can spawn like zombie villagers(in igloos and abandoned villages)...ect, but not the ones like zombies, creepers, spiders..ect.But in JE all normal mobs can spawn which makes the snowy biomes less unique.I would like that this small feature comes to Java.
