Sharing server ownership with friends

So me and my friend play on his server but sometimes he never likes to play whenever I would like to so it would be a great add on for Minecraft pocket edition if you could share server ownership with them and being able to play by yourself in the server without having to join them, it would mainly be great because if your trying to build something like a new base or a home and they don’t wanna play then this be great because you won’t have to ask them to get on the game and instead you will just have to join through by yourself.
