Duration/Effectiveness of most Drinkable Potions should be reduced to 1/4
Now that Drinkable Potions are stackable and faster to drink there's a need for some balance to keep Splash and Lingering Potions still relevant and to balance out Drinkable ones since they were designed with being unstackable in mind!
I think the standard duration of DRINKABLE Potions should be set to 45 seconds, instead of 3 minutes, similarly to Potions of Regeneration and Poison! Extended Potions would have a duration of 2 minutes and Enhanced ones 22 seconds! A Stack(16) of Drinks would heal/damage up to 45 Hearts while a single Splash/Lingering may offer less in total but quicker
In relation to instant effects it would be applied to their effectiveness since they don't have a duration! Drinkable Potions of Healing and Damage would affect 1.5 Hearts normally and 3 Hearts when extended which balances out then in Combat!
This duration would work much better with potions being stackable and faster to consume! What about Splash and Lingering ones? They would stay unchanged, that would maintain their balance of being unstackable with the benefit of being instant and offering a longer duration with a single use
