clipping elytras

elytras should be disableable, this could add a lot more to pvp, perhaps using shears a player could clip anothers elytra for a short time

dispensers could do this also

    This would be incredibly annoying, but I'm all for it. Shears would be a great addition to the usual pvp tools

    In another way, attacking with arrows, white weapons and shears, the elytra should simply deteriorate quickly.
