Isotropic in X-blocks in Bedrock Edition

Bedrock's version currently has no "Isotropic" except for cave vines, without it, the X-blocks will have one face with two equal sides, which makes it look ugly So I decided to put this suggestion to fix that in Bedrock so that finally there is an important parity between both versions, both Java and Bedrock
