(Bedrock Edition) Allow switching Inventory slots with keybinds (Keyboard)

! This is for Minecraft Bedrock Edition !

In java edition you can switch slots in the inventory using KEYBINDS. For example if u had the 3rd slot binded to C and if you pressed C in a chest where blocks are it would then automatically switch those slots and the blocks would go directly to the 3rd slot of the player inventory. This would be very useful for keyboard players when playing games like skywars, survival games or bedwars because those games require a lot of inventory management while doing it quickly. I think that implementing that would be really easy and if you mojang guys do that then that would be awesome :D

    Agreed! When i always came from java to bedrock to play i always try to do this and think hmm... why isn't it working.It would be easier to manage your inventory.

    I 100% agree that this would be beneficial for both the pvp and all other communities however would be unfair towards mobile players. This could possibly be put behind the full keyboard gameplay option.

    This would be extremely helpful!
    People like me that spend a lot of time playing multiplayer (and trust me there are many) would love to see this added! 
    It makes it so much easier to maneuver around your inventory and it is a very nice addition to the game 
    It is already in Java edition so please
    Add it to Bedrock :D

    I don't think this should be added.

    What I don't think many people are realising about this is the greater disadvantage it would put mobile and console players in. Imagine a Skywars game; a player on PC would be able to loot chests and organise their inventory so much faster than a console player. Currently mobile players can organise the fastest because they can just select the item they want to move and just tap the slot where they want it to go. However, this isn't unbalanced as mobile players are already at a significant disadvantage just by being on mobile. PC players already have the advantage over console players just by being able to hotkey.

     

    I used to think it should be added because yes, it would be nice. Then I thought a little bit and realised that it would just make PvP more imbalanced. Maybe when more servers have input based matchmaking it would make more sense but currently, I am fully against it.

    Yes, I fully agree... This would make Minecraft so much more fun, especially in servers and competitive games like Skywars. To respond to the people saying that it would give mobile or console players a disadvantage I would say that many servers already have matchmaking to get PC players to play against PC players. Also I dont think that set keybinds would give PC players any more of an advantage then that they already have. It wouldnt drastically speed up the process, only make it more efficient.
