Wither and Blindness Effects should prevent you from using Charged Attacks

Charged Attack is one of the mechanics in the new Combat System that allows you to attack from further away, which is quite interesting and some kind of debuff that takes away this ability sounds quite interesting in Survival which adds some variety to PVE so here's my suggestion!

Wither and Blindness Effects should prevent you using Charged Attacks. Blindness Effect currently already prevents you from using certain abilities such as Critical Hits and Sprinting so it also affecting Charged Attacks would complement the effect debuffs, but i think that Wither should also do it to some extent! Decomposition destroys organic materials, that said it could be used as a excuse to limitate some abilities from the player such as using Charged Attacks!

That would make the Effect more unique in relation to Poison since their only difference currently is that Wither Effect can kill you
