Idea for new PVP

Idea: You hit 6 times with your sword (to a target) And you could spam click like in 1.8 for 10 seconds and there will be a enchant that could extend that time and that enchantment will have 4 levels and it will increase 5 seconds each level i dont know the name of enchantment guess thats up to you guys

and a gamerule for 1.9 pvp or 1.8 pvp. Example:

/gamerule DoHitCooldown true 

(if the enchant applies to other tools/weapons they could have that mechanic)

I want this idea to combine 1.9 and 1.8

  I play on bedrock so they should make java pvp on bedrock
