Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

A farming update/ foodstuff update.

This update will add special quircks to different foods. Maybe you would get special abiltys from magical beasts that roam specific biomes. This update will add a lot of new foods and also reinvent farming to be more usefull late game.

    I dont entirely agree with the original comment about magical creatures but a farming update would be awesome. Pams harvest craft for example was incredibly fun to use on Java edition until it stopped being updated for new versions of the game but Mojang doesnt need to go that hard with farming and food items but there absolutely should be a watering can that can be put in a dispenser to spray water onto crops and they grow quicker, having new plants to grow as well would be great and would give reason to add more food into the game and right now, farming isnt really useful because the best food you can get are carrots to craft into golden carrots but those can be bought from villagers so you dont need to farm them, so lets say you make potatoes to have that as your food source, well you can just set up cow farms and have steak as your main food source which is much much better than baked potatoes are, so back to not needing to actually farm crops other than wheat for breeding but if there were more foods and crops you could have stews and actual meals that that require a few different crops and even raw beef to make and would make farming incredibly useful for more than just wheat to breed cows.
