Random placement rotation and multiple axis placement for existing blocks.

On the last snapshot (21w10a) deepslate received two huge new improvements, now it is placed with a random rotation when you place it and when it is naturally generated, and that makes the caves and the underground much more organic, without the constant ugly repeating paterns that all blocks start to make when placed in a bunch, and also, now it can be placed with multiple axis orientations, thus increasing a LOT its usefullnes!!! The thing is that these two huge features could litterally bennefit almost all blocks in the game, like planks, stone, COBBLESTONE (the random rotation would make cobblestone so much better), all the bricks, sand, dirt, ALMOST, IF NOT, EVERYTHING, the world would become so much more organic, without ugly texture repeating paterns, and building would be improved by a lot with both features, mostly the multiple axis placement, without the addon of new blocks (of course i also encourage the addon of new blocks its never bad).
