Biome whitelist/blacklist (world creation)

When creating worlds it would be useful if we could either select which biomes will spawn and which wouldn’t. This would be good for people who want a hot, cold, ocean and versus other world.. The biomes that are not aloud to spawn would either be replaced with the closest allowed biome to what is should have been or something that would work better.
