Soul Stealer.

Info: The Soul Stealer is an artefact that can be found in the Soul Sand Valley mission of Minecraft dungeons and when used will steal all the souls from any mobs nearby so that the player will not have to wait until the mob is dead to retrieve its soul, if used and a mobs soul is taken 10% of the mobs max health will be taken from it permanently (this will not work on bosses or sub-bosses).

Story: The Soul Stealer is an item created by a being of pure evil and can do much harm in the wrong hands but in the write hands it might just be able to save life's instead of end them.
