Rooted dirt makes crops grow faster

Tilling and planting dirt on rooted dirt (fertile land) makes crops grow faster. This could give us reason to use it for our farms.

  It would be better if the roots grew form plants. I don't like the idea of how it speeds up crops though.

  I actually think this is quite an interesting thing to add. If you make it a very small increase like 5% then it is far from op and isn't going to be a priority early game but late game it will be something to gather to build even faster melon, pumpkin and sugarcane farms. Of course if it is crafted with hanging roots and 1 dirt (and hanging roots are easily farmed) then it would be too easy to get tons.
