Give Operator more rights

Hello,

i have a realm-server with my friends. We play the bedrock edition.

If i made someone an operator, then he should be able to manage the World settings, for example download the map or change the difficulty level.

    but when i'm offline and a friend want monsters, can the other operator cange the difficulty. for example.
