Nether form of ores (Drop as nuggets or Ore block)

The 1.16 update allowed for players to be able to basically live in the Nether. Now we should be able to mine all versions of overworld ores in the Nether (Nether Iron ore etc. This would allow for full Nether only playthroughs. For balance sake, similar to nether gold ore, all will drop nuggets (or ore full block) to be crafted into ingots or smelted into the ingot crafted with Blackstone crafted furnaces. This would allow you to be able to live in the Nether fully if you so choose and could incorporate the higher world height since much of the Nether has wasted unused space (Ceiling and not full height like the Overworld).
