Cthulhu boss

This should be a new boss that lives in water and is more massive than the enderdragon. This will also balance the bosses for each dimension such as the nether getting the wither and the end getting the enderdragon. Also tridents could be a big use in this because this boss lives in water. When the boss appears it should start raining to set the mood and give player with riptide tridents to attack the boss.
