Items recharge their cooldown while not selected

    It works differently than 1.9 in the current combat snapshots: once you make a hit with your item, you become unable to attack with anything until that item's cooldown recharges. However, the cooldown does not reset nor change when you switch hand items, and the cooldown is pretty short in the first place.

    I think they should add a cool down when switching to item that is more heavy such as trident then axes then pickaxe then shovel then sword then hoe however this is going to to very little the maz the trident being 1.5 to the hoe which 0.3 I now this is little but it could come in handle in close battles
