now (as i know) combat has cooldown and if you punch someone with 0% (comb. snapshot=100%) on it, it will deal 0 damage and this will increase with the percentage.
in combat snapshots there they could implement this back and set minimal attack damage to any weapon which will be dealt when punched if there is 0% on cooldown
example: axe, 9 damage, 4 min. damage, 3sek cooldown: when you rapidly click it will attack as it is now in snapshots (at '100%' on cooldown) and it will deal 4 points of damage, if you click after 3sek ('200%' cooldown) it will deal 9 damage
damage dealt=(cooldown%-100)*(damage-min.damage)+min.damage
so we just add like 2 new rules to normal combat and implement it to combat snapshots
