No Cooldown Enchantment

This Enchantment Can Be Place On: -Sword -Axe -Trident And This Enchantment Just Had 1 Level, This Enchantment Will Bring Back 1.8 PVP Style So This Enchantmen Will Be Useful For Server Like Hypixel , Or Maybe This Enchantment Will Be OP? I Guess Yes, But I Hope This Will Be Read. I Dont Really Hope This Enchantment Will Be Get Added, Cause This Really OP. Maybe The Developer Will Consider, It This Is My Idea Thx For Reading And I Hope You Guys Have A Nice Day. See Ya!!!

    What do you mean by "bring back 1.8 style PVP"? There's literally no consequence to spam clicking in this version.
