Chain meal use

Chain armor should slightly boost your speed and speed up weapon cool down making it a useful armor for aggressive play.

    I like the idea of chain mail being lighter than other armor, but I don't think it should necessarily "boost" anything - That is, it shouldn't be lighter than no armor at all. And, of course, armor weight should be introduced across all armor types to balance it.

    it could be used to remove alot of damage form swords and axes however it will be less effective with arrows explosives and more
