As soon as you get into Minecraft Feedback, you see two big sections of posts: "Announced Items" and "Random Feedback". The first one is pretty straight forward and shows what it should, but "Random Feedback" is clearly not random and the highlighted ones are still just the most popular ones, which only makes it more likely that posts with already a lot of votes get even more attention and posts with less votes drown, while being completely incoherent with the title "Random Feedback".
What should be done:
- Make the 3 "Random Feedback" that show on the front page picked from the website pseudo-randomly, regardless of vote count.
- Using the same algorithm from above, add "Random" to the sorting mechanisms, so old posts don't drown in newer ones. Also make it the default sorting mechanism.
- Add "Sort by oldest post" to the sorting mechanisms, for the same reason above.
