Just have the arrows In your inventory and switch which is in the off hand.

9 different stack and quiver would be held in the chestplate slot.

Maybe it could function a bit like the upcoming Bundle item.

To balance it I think it would be nice if it is a wearable but it shouln't replace armor (may this slot could also be used for elytra but you can't use both at the same time).

Also 9 slots would be nice and also arrows could use more space in the normal inventory

I think there is a reason why Mojang/Notch deleted the Quiver. I think it just will be overpowered

The Quiver wouldn't actually be overpowered, but It would definitely be convenient for quickly switching between arrows, with 4 different slots to place your arrows in and having it's own slot (which could eventually have other uses, a "back" slot of sorts.)

while shulker boxes can be used for storage, they have way too much space and require to be placed down, which can be very ineffecient in PVP. Infinity only works with normal arrows, meaning tipped and spectral arrows are left in the dust, along with fireworks. and lastly, the amount of time for some players would need to switch arrows is rather excessive, meaning the whole process is boring and stagnant, while also rendering you unfairly vulnerable. adding the quiver would fix all this, by making it so that you can quickly switch arrows by using your bow while crouching. This could fix these issues while also re-adding a forgotten Item that could have been (and would be now) very useful.

To be honest, I hate using infinity on my bow. I much rather use mending, as it doesn’t nullified the effects of the tipped arrows, which has annoyed me for the start. That and quivers would give us a reason to craft or farm arrows as it plays nice with mending bows.

The quiver will not fit more than 30 arrows. But you can put on several at once, like the Mongols, for example. The quiver should give quick access to arrows. And WITHOUT it, the arrows will not teleport to the player's second hand, and the arrows will need to be held in the hand.

I think the quiver should either be worn instead of a chestplate, or have its own dedicated slot. It wouldn't make sense to be in the off hand, because you need both of your hands to fire a bow or load a crossbow.

I play on bedrock. I don't know what right clicking does on java, but how would you cycle through on bedrock?
