Shield Stability, Damage Reduction, and Cooldown Values and Enchantments
I think the huge nerf to shields is handled horribly. it should work how shields work in souls games in my opinion. Shields can have a total damage reduction factor and a total damage allowed of stability. For example if a shield has 80% damage reduction, and 10hp of stability, then the shield blocks 80% of incoming damage but can only take 10 hp before it goes on a cool down.
All three of these, the cooldown, damage reduction, and stability, can all be based on enchantments Damage reduction can be called Deflection I - V
Stability can be called Stabilization I - III
Cooldown can be called Reinforcement I - II
