Move "announced" posts out of their category and into a new one

So as not to clutter the list of suggestions.

"Discarded" ideas should also be marked as such and moved into a discarded category from which they can be taken out if they become good after some time.

  I don't know if this is the right place to recommend suggestions be marked as announced but I can't think of any other.

  i think this is the right place to put this suggestion.. i had suggested a similar one for axolotls, but if mojang confirms any ideas here they need to move it to announced, same goes for nether gold ore during 1.16
