The hunger filling system should be time based and not progress based. What i mean is if i got interupted while eating midway, you should still regenerate hunger points by how long you ate the food. Example is me eating a steak (gives 4 hunger points), if i ate the steak 50% and got interupted, the hunger should be increased by 2 points and the food will be gone. This will add more challenge to the game and more interesting tricks in pvp. Also, add a eating timer for each food like you did in dried kelp so that some food will be useful.
