Block Details and Variety!

Some blocks will have atleast three design variety, for example, the diamond ore block...isn't kinda unnatural for ALL diamond ore blocks in the game to look alike? Maybe adding two more designs with different patterns of diamonds in the block will do!again...this is just an example...a simple idea of mine that I believe that would really make minecraft more...natural!
