Frostbite Caves (1.17 Cave update idea)

So for the 1.17 cave update we are getting the lush caverns, and I think for snowy biomes it should have its own kind of variant of that: frostbite caverns! This would be an icy cavern with frozen stone, and icicles, that could function like dripstone. and a new type of water which only spawns in snow biome cave, and if you swim in it you would get a new status effect known as frostbite, which would slowly decrease your healthbar, and freeze the hearts in it, as well as make you move slower, until you get out of the water or move to a warmer area. The effect can be weakened by wearing leather armor, giving it a purpose somewhat, though other armor works too. As for mobs that would spawn, im unsure. Please excuse my poor grammar as I can have difficulty expressing my thoughts in word form.
