In the recent 1.16.200 update Mojang added the render dragon, a new rendering engine for Minecraft. It adds raytracing but removes the ability to make shaders for lower end devices.
Most of the Windows 10 bedrock players don't have access to a device with the power to do raytracing and can't just upgrade their computer.
We need the ability to make shaders that can work on low to middle range devices. Minecraft's default graphics are quite bland and we should be able to do what we can to fix that. Also it would be nice if you could add some good documentation :)
