Introducing a new way to locate the Deep Dark: Redstone Transmitters!

We've already been introduced to a way to find the new lush caves, so why not a way to locate the deep dark?  That is where the Redstone Transmitter comes in.  The Redstone Transmitter is a new block that generates sound waves at a frequency that only the sculk can detect.  When placed near a deep dark biome and activated with a redstone signal, this block will activate all sculks within a specific range, causing the sculks to make this ringing sound that could be detected by the player, who can tunnel towards the noise in order to locate this biome.  This block would not only add strategy to tracking down this new and mysterious biome, but would most likely be on the more harder side to obtain, with a more expensive crafting recipe.
