Some fish, like salmon, can climb and jump over waterfalls, but it would have to be a shorter drop. Other fish are specialized in caves and can live on vertical waterfalls for their whole lives. Id love to see sharp cave waterfalls where it transitions from flooded caves to dry land caves, with special blind cave fish implemented into the game!
