    I was referring to the fact that in the same place if you break a block it will not detect it but if you walk it will detect it.

    there actually already a way to do this its called frequency. if you put a comparator on the skulk the signal strength corresponds  to that events frequency meaning you can tell the difference between certain actions

    You can do this with a redstone circuit (and a comparator connected to the sculk) that will only accept a certain signal strength. For example, if you only want the sculk to react to someone walking (a frequency value of 1), you would have a circuit that will block connectivity if anything above 1 redstone power.

    You can set up a system that will only give a redstone output if there's a certain frequency signal. This is the purpose of the comparator functionality.

    it does that alrdy. just search for "sculk sensor strenghth vs frequency" they explain how it works somehow. its abit pain in the but to achive .. but it works.
