    I don't think they remove stuff that is this big of an addition but technically netherite is diamond so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I disagree as netherite has knockback resistance, which is useful in certain cases. If you want it to be removed, think of ways that will counteract the consequences of removing it .
