    Maybe they don’t sell all types of music discs because there is a specific  reason creepers will drop them under right conditions.

    if you can get music discs from them the song should be called "Villager town" with a similar beat to "Funky town"

    This sounds like a cool idea, until you remember that music discs are supposed to be rare. I feel like having a villager that can trade you one takes away from the excitement that comes with finding each new music disc. Also, having the villager's workstation be a jukebox is also very unlikely. Since the jukebox costs a diamond to make, it might take away from the progression aspect of the game as well, if you can just get it as soon as you spawn in.
