bundle should not be backpacks and mojang should add a container where people can can have stack of the same item but no different items can be stored. for the touch ui, have it on top of the ui, and adda founcation to anything you want in the bundle. dyeable would be great to add in, not much to change.

Bundles are a great idea as something similar to a backpack. There’s nothing like them. You have to place shulker boxes to access their contents. Same with ender chests. But bundles? Nope! This is great for creative builders who need to access items quickly.

My take on bundles would be more backpacky, but it would be compatible with most input methods and help with the problem of inventory management, since it's current form is unintuitive and unbalanced.

    Usability-wise:

My idea would be for it to be a 3-slot container accessible with a right click, or maybe equipping it on your off-hand (or a new bundle-belt item could be used to store them) could make an slot appear on beside your 3 already available rows (would require either a new GUI or an extension like the knowledge book)

    Balancing it:

My idea would be for it to be a temporary storage solution, so it wouldn't fit inside of chests on its own and it's items should be spilled when dropped. It could be able to be tied with a string and stored that way, and then once the bundle is opened again, it would be either gone or return to it's temporary storage state and require another string.

The packages are great as they were designed, I feel that his interface should also be applied to shulkers, as we can't see the complete list of items stored inside it through the inventory

You should definitely consider adding the bundles and taking a close look at the shulker interface

i feel that bundles should work more like shulker boxes for early game.
instead of giving you the most recent item you put in, maybe holding it and then right clicking opens an inventory with however many slots. this would be a lot more user friendly, because right now i don't think i'm ever gonna use bundles with how they work

Bundles are cool, but what about Pocket Edition players like me? What can we do to access individual items?

I like them, but when an item that you want to get is right at the bottom of the bundle, it is very hard to get to, especially if you don't have much inventory space. I suggest a way to access the bundle in reverse, or an enchantment that lets you access any item in it. an enchantment to increase capacity would be great as well.

Bundles should be able to stack same kind non stackable items. Like having 16 discs, enchanted books, writable books, patterns, etc in the same bundle
