    i they don't add this go into controls and set a key to cinematic toggle because in cinematic mode sensitivity is reduced

    What about general sensivity and Projectile Aiming sensitivity being separated? This way you could easily tweak the sensitivity perfectly

    This is not something I would use, as I already play with a low sensitivity in game (52% and 400 DPI). But if it helps others, I guess it's fine.

    Just make it something you can turn off.

    I don't know how it would work with crossbows, since they are always ready to shoot once they're pulled back.

    I was going to make a separate post about this, but it might get flagged as duplicate. 

    I was thinking of this mainly for when using a controller. I personally play on PC and console reasonably equally. On the PC with WASD controls and a Mouse, aiming is fine, as most gaming mice allow you to personalize your settings. However, with a controller, we are limited by the hardware.

    It would be great, as some have mentioned, to have separate sensitivity sliders for scenarios such as Aiming with the Bow, Flying with Elytra, and General Gameplay. These additions would make the gameplay experience with a controller much more similar to that of a Keyboard/Mouse interface. Hopefully, with the current focus on UI, these additions can be considered.
