More things to make with copper

I don't think copper should be able to be made into tools or armor, but I think it would be cool to see counterparts to things made with iron. Namely, copper bars and copper minecarts. Copper bars would be great fot builds, looking like rusted iron bars. Copper minecarts would be much faster than iron minecarts, but would be expensive, costing not 5 ingots but 5 blocks and redstone (To make the faster part make more sense)

    5 blocks might be a bit to much, maybe just 1 block

    It should be made into tools, it should be as durable as iron, a little stronger than stone. Then iron should be more durable so it's closer to diamond but not the same. And iron should spawn deeper and less likely to be found in loot. Then the balance of ores is more restored.

    Copper should indeed have tools and armor. It can have these other things too, but it deserves its own armor and tool set. I agree that iron should be rarer, though maybe not deeper necessarily, but definitely a great bit rarer. The iron could be slightly buffed to go along with it, but on;y slightly. Diamonds should also have their rarity increased, for as rare as they are supposed to be, they really aren't. Copper should be between stone and iron, closer to iron.

    I concur. Copper is a huge addition and in the real world used for so much. Copper armor and tools would be so nice with the suggestions here, with with iron and diamond ore balancing.

    I really like that copper minecart idea! Though it should probably be crafted with waxed blocks.

    I agree, add the copper cauldron to that. It could have some brewing mechanic or even be a purely aesthetic alternative.

    i think "Copper" should be used for redstone
