    A 10 tick window is generous enough that additional knockback is probably not necessary. If this were reduced to 2 or 4 ticks, a buff would probably be in order.

    Removing the random elements of combat is desirable, so I support this change regardless.

    This idea would be good in a perfect world were lag/ping didn't exist. But most players will have some ms of delay depending on their internet and location. Even Hypixel has some moments of ping spikes that affect all players regardless of their internet connection.

    If they added this, they should also implement some kind of lag compensation mechanic, since this alone would just give players with better connection even more advantage over their high ping rivals.

    High ping players can't even bowspam, as they have to hold the bow for a bit longer for the arrow to be shot. So the least they'd want is being constantly hit by critical arrows from players with better internet connection, who can also shoot at a higher speed rate (remember if you have high ping, you have to draw your bow for a bit longer)

    To get rid of the randomness of these criticals, I would suggest to make every full charged headshot critical. This compensates skill over luck/ping and doesn't mess up with anyone's muscular memory.
